Designer

Our Designer product is great if you need help from an experienced design professional to provide the design inspiration, but you are confident about completing the work yourself or dealing directly with the various tradesmen to do it for you. 

In addition to site consultations, 'Designer' includes sourcing information for all fabrics, floor and wall coverings and we will acquire samples and brochures as required to help us create your sample board.  Detailing all items of furniture lighting and accessories, wall and floor finishes and soft furnishings, your design board will be your key reference document enabling you to re-create the design in your home.

All the items of furniture, lighting and accessories we propose within the design can be purchased directly through us and this valuable service ensures the right products and materials are ordered and delivered directly to you.

Initial Consultation 1 90 minute onsite design consultation Further 20 minute design consultation for each subsequent room Email presentation which may include visuals such as Detailed floor plans, elevations, layouts, summary notes detailing all recommended furniture & accessories Details of all approved furniture & accessories – we'll order all furniture and accessories on your behalf and arrange delivery directly to you

Optional Extra's: 

• Work specifications for each trade involved in your project (by quotation).  These valuable documents detail exactly the proposed work, materials to be used and finish required and will help you when obtaining quotations from tradepeople. 

• Project Management. We can appoint a project manager who will make themselves available for the duration of your project – you can arrange for them to be onsite during the 'crucial' stages of the works (by quotation).
